Well-kept and brand-new rooms, I had real good experience.
It was a well-run and high-class hotel with hard-working staff. The location was best possible and reasonable for exploring this very nice area, short walk to the star ferry pier, airport shuttle, one subway station away from high speed train station, close to many shops and restaurants, and many shopping area. I tried some drinks at wine bar Symposium, located 5 minutes walk away. Free Wi-Fi was excellent and the service was very good. Fast check-in was a bonus...

Loved my stay here and recommend it. The rooms were all cheap and budget where air conditioner is blowing right on. Everything was good, though a few employees were dumb.

Our room at Sleep Inn was clean and well-maintained. The wide window let in plenty of natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The fan and air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The person who cleaned our room did an excellent job, keeping everything spotless. Despite a small inconvenience with the water temperature, the room price was fair. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, good facilities, and reasonable prices.

I had an amazing stay during my business trip. the location was great, just a walking distance from all famous tourist attractions, which saved time and money. the staff was very accommodating and friendly. They even let us leave our backpacks at the reception after we checked out. the room was clean and neat, and I had access to a refrigerator and a safe. the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and I appreciated the free coffee provided in the room.
The small bathroom, but that's usual for Hong Kong rooms. the TV channels were limited, but that was fine because I was there for business and didn't spend much time watching TV.

The hotel is centrally located, with many shops and restaurants nearby. Metro station is just a few minutes' walk away, and popular attractions like Victoria Harbour are within walking distance. The rooms are well-equipped with air conditioning and are generally clean.
The staff's level of English is very basic, and they seem to struggle with communication.
